To initiate a return, please contact us at onlineorders@austrialpin.net before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Orders must be returned within 90 days of original order placement.

Please follow instructions as outlined below. All returns delivered collect for any charges are refused, or charges are paid and deducted from any credit due. A 15% restocking fee is applicable to all returns, excluding warranty and shipping corrections.

Excluding warranty returns, all returning items must be in perfect, original condition. Damaged or used items will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. No credit will be issued for such items. Credits will not be issued on promise of return, but only when items have been received and approved by AustriAlpin Inc. Shipping charges are not refundable.

In the case of discrepancies between number of items shipped and number received, credit will be issued only for items as received and counted by AustriAlpin Inc. 

Customer (shipper) assumes all responsibility for insurance of packages, delivery charges, and damage or loss incurred during shipping and in accoradance with any additional terms and conditions as predetermined by AustriAlpin Inc.

Ship only via regular US Post / Canada Post mail service unless otherwise prearranged with AustriAlpin Inc.

Exterior of package must be clearly marked: “Canadian Merchandise Returning” and include RA#
